SECURITY

We operate a dedicated security email address: Email Security
Please leave: name, address, phone number, departure and return dates, and information on anyone who may be in your house when away. You may report criminal activity or vandalism, and report any suspicious individuals or behavior you observe. Get a vehicle license number if you can. We pick up messages daily and deliver them to our patrol officers when appropriate. This service should not be used for emergencies; for emergencies, call 911. For police matters that are not emergencies, call 206-625-5011 and follow instructions.
Please be assured that your Corporation is committed to keeping our neighborhood a safe and comfortable place to live, but we cannot succeed without your help. You are our first and best line of defense against crime and vandalism. Here are some suggestions that will help keep your home and neighborhood safe:

  • Be sure your doors and windows are locked whenever you leave your home even if only for a short time during the day. Activate your alarm system if you have one, day and night.
  • When you are away for extended periods leave some lights on. Use motion sensor lights and timers if possible.  Have your newspapers and mail picked up.  Let a neighbor know you will be away.
  • If your cars are parked outside or in carports, even when you are home, remove valuables from them and lock your vehicles. Car prowls are the most common criminal activity in our neighborhood. They most often happen at night but it can take less than a minute to break into cars and remove valuables.
  • Do not open your door to strangers. Do not give money to or buy anything from solicitors unless you know who they are.
  • If any crime has occurred please report it to the Seattle Police Department by calling 911; get a case number.
Be the eyes and ears of our community, let others know what you've seen.

For all emergencies, CALL 911
