Email with questions. As of June 7th, the majority of our website will be accessible only to dues-paying members. If you have paid your 2024 dues, you will receive a link to create a log-in. The Security Incident Report Form, Design/Land Use information, and other pages for the general community will still be accessible by all. If you have any questions, let us know. New NeighborsIf you've just moved to the Windermere neighborhood, please contact our New Neighbor representative for an introduction to our community and assistance with keys and dues.
Dues ReminderDues are $1075.00 per year and are due on May 1st. As stated in the by-laws, “members not paying dues by May 1st shall automatically be suspended from membership and be denied any of the privileges of a member or use any of the property of the corporation”. Members are required to abide by the neighborhood and park rules/hours. Dues are used primarily to pay for our security patrol, landscaping and maintenance of the front gate, triangle, & park, lifeguard salaries, and other operating expenses – all of which benefit the entire community and help make Windermere a safe and attractive place to live. Please keep in mind that even if you don't use the park, the maintenance of it adds property value to all of our homes.
Please mail your dues payment to: Windermere Corp., PO Box 51029, Seattle, WA 98115 If you do not pay your annual dues and have a key card for entry into Windermere Park your key will be turned off on May 15th. Additional and replacement keys are $50.00. Please contact us about replacement keys. Please contact Windermere Treasurer about dues. Windermere Beach Club Boundary Map |
