LETTER FROM THE BOARD
Welcome to the Windermere Neighborhood! The Windermere Corporation is the community organization for our neighborhood. We welcome all eligible applicants to join! Every applicant must reside within the Windermere Corporation boundaries and pay a one time initiation fee and annual dues to receive member benefits. Members are required to abide by all of the neighborhood and park rules/hours. Dues are used primarily to pay for our year round security, landscaping and maintenance, social events, park amenities, lifeguards, and other operating expenses – all of which benefit the entire community and help make Windermere a safe and attractive place to live. If you are a new resident, please contact us to get an introduction to the neighborhood, website login access, and your park keys. Until dues have been paid, only the Security Incident Report Form, Contact Forms, and Design, Land Use, and Construction web pages will be accessible. Please mail your check to: Windermere Corporation PO Box 51029 Seattle, WA 98115 If you would like to expedite the process feel free to e-mail. Please contact the Windermere Treasurer about membership. Please contact us about keys once you have joined. If you are planning any remodel or additional structures or changes, please refer to the Design, Land Use and Construction page prior to construction for the necessary Windermere Board review process.
